Enloe Watch was created by the caregivers of Enloe Medical Center to inform the community of the declining workplace standards and their impact on quality patient care.

In recent times, Enloe’s actions indicate a troubling disregard for the concerns and wellbeing of its patients and caregivers. Enloe has spent thousands dollars that should have gone into patient care on a public relations firm to counter its increasingly negative image in our community. Meanwhile, Enloe has refused to address the concerns of its caregivers and the community about under-staffing and hazardous hospital conditions, especially in the face of the growing attention towards hospital-acquired infections.

This website is intended to be a used as a tool by community members concerned about the quality of care at Enloe, and Enloe’s role in the community as an employer and a neighbor. This website will provide you with up-to-date information on the workers’ struggle for justice, notices of upcoming events, and the ability to take action against Enloe’s harmful practices.
